Yeah!  I had to restart the Gentoo install from scratch though.  Everything went find until I ran emerge system.  I got an error about C++ failing a sanity check.  I read the forums on Gentoo.com and I someone else had the same problem.  Several people suggested doing env-update to update the environment variables. (Gentoo Install)</title><summary type='text'>Yesterday I downloaded and started installing Gentoo.  I have worked with several other Linux distros with various degrees of satisfaction.  From everything that I read about Gentoo it seems like this will be the distro that I will stick with.  Hopefully we will find out.I started installing it and when I was compiling the bootstrap program my power went out.
